Fragile X Clinic
In 2006, the Fragile X Research Foundation of Canada began laying the groundwork for clinical trials by establishing the first and only dedicated Fragile X clinic in Canada.
Dr. Carlo Paribello, President and co-founder of the FXRFC, is now assessing and treating patients of all ages from across the country who have Fragile X syndrome. The clinic is located in Brampton, Ontario and provides affected patients and their families with access to Dr. Paribello's knowledge and expertise in the treatment of this neuropsychiatric disorder.
The clinic is one of the first Canadian centres to conduct clinical trials aimed at testing new treatments for Fragile X syndrome (FXS) that enhance learning, memory, and cognitive functioning, and will lead the way in translating laboratory research breakthroughs into new treatments for patients with Fragile X syndrome.
For further information about the clinic and for patient booking, please contact the office of Dr. Carlo Paribello at 1-905-453-9366 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
